When I first started at Alba Coffee shop, I created Zizou Bars.
So what exactly does a Zizou bar taste like?
Well you have to try one to see. Or in other words, it's a layered dessert with a cake-like crust and flourless layer on top.
Zizous can be ordered as an elegant 9 inch round. The Pumpkin Spice Zizou Cake looks particularly stunning on any dessert spread.

All cakes are hand made with love. I use the finest and freshest ingredients only.
Delivery is available in the 20723 area for an additional cost. You are welcome to pick up your cake from our kitchen.
We require at least 7 days notice for orders. Cash or checks only.

More than cake, I have always loved a (or 5) good chocolate chip cookie. And I happen to make some of the very best cookies. If you are like me, you want a soft center, spilling with Valhrona or Guittard chocolate and chewy edges and with a generous sprinkle of Maldon sea salt. However if you like crispy, cake-like, with pretzels, potato chips or marshmallows, I am happy to make them.
